כִּי־כֹ֣ה׀ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה אֶל־הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ֙ הַיֹּושֵׁב֙ אֶל־כִּסֵּ֣א דָוִ֔ד וְאֶל־כָּל־הָעָ֔ם הַיֹּושֵׁ֖ב בָּעִ֣יר הַזֹּ֑את אֲחֵיכֶ֕ם אֲשֶׁ֛ר לֹֽא־יָצְא֥וּ אִתְּכֶ֖ם בַּגֹּולָֽה׃
