וְשָׁפַ֤ט בְּצֶ֨דֶק֙ דַּלִּ֔ים וְהֹוכִ֥יחַ בְּמִישֹׁ֖ור לְעַנְוֵי־אָ֑רֶץ וְהִֽכָּה־אֶ֨רֶץ֙ בְּשֵׁ֣בֶט פִּ֔יו וּבְר֥וּחַ שְׂפָתָ֖יו יָמִ֥ית רָשָֽׁע׃
